Enroll In Company Portal (iOS)
To access DRP resources like Outlook, Teams, or Sharepoint or OneDrive documents on your mobile device, you will need to enroll it in Microsoft Company Portal. Please follow the instructions below to enroll your device.
Enrollment Instructions
Step 1: Open the enrollment portal
Step 2: Download the management profile
When prompted, allow the profile download.
Stay in Safari while the Company Portal downloads the management profile.
Step 3: Install the management profile
Open the Settings app.
Go to General > VPN & Device Management.
Tap the Management Profile, then tap Install and follow the prompts.
Step 4: Verify Microsoft Authenticator is installed
Make sure the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed on the device.
The device won’t be ready until Authenticator is present, which may take a few minutes.

Step 5: Sign in to a work app
Step 6: Complete device setup
The app will check for required settings.
You may be prompted to update the operating system or take other actions.
After completing these actions, tap Recheck in the app.
Troubleshooting Tips
If profile installation fails, make sure you’re using Safari, not another browser.
Restart the device if Authenticator doesn’t appear after install.
